DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies tailored to the profile requirements, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top-tier talent. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of innovative search tools and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates. Creating and analyzing recruitment reporting/data, generating insights to optimize the recruitment process and enhance decision-making. Collaborating on other ad hoc HR tasks as assigned by superiors, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and stakeholder management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field is required. Fresh graduate and Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search roles. Full proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages. Excellent technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, target-driven, proactive, and capable of creative problem-solving.
