DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to Country Sales Leader Manages existing / new channel partners, system integrators and end users Meet or exceed sales target given Develop sales pipeline and manage sales forecast Develop and maintain a high level understanding of IT Network, Infrastructure, Security Technologies, Implementation Services in local competitive environment Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth To prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner To negotiate with customers on price/terms and conclude sales orders To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow existing business Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales result
REQUIREMENT

Minimum possess Diploma in Business and related field Experience in CRM product sales Proven 3 to 5 years working experience in IT solutions sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration, Managed Services, Network Infrastructure and Security Technologies. Experience in direct and channel sales Excellent written, oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills Excellent oral and written communications skills in English Experience in selling hardware is an added advantage Good contacts and network in the IT Industry High self-esteem, energy and committed to customer satisfaction Self starter, meticulous, and ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team Aspire to go for challenge and dynamic career Travelling required Preferably have retail sales experience
