DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for checking document in accordance with company policy Handle day to day operational transactions Posting journal entries into accounting systems Handle and make Petty cash reconciliation Ensure day to day operational transactional run smoothly by escalation any potential issue to the leader Monitoring outstanding advances and follow up with related user for settlement advances Organize and filling document Help other department if required
REQUIREMENT

Highschool graduate with working experience in administration or fresh graduate (S1) in Accounting or Finance. Have accounting work experience is a plus Able to work in a fast, multitask and work under pressure Detail oriented person Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Honest and can be trusted
