Developing category plan and strategies to improve sales in store.
Selecting, pricing and positioning of category products by channel
Tracking and monitor Fundamental (AO, MSL, SKU, Call Compliance, Program, etc)
Maintain category documents and records according to company policies.
Tracking and monitoring DDR (FOX Project, Zone, Homebased)
Sales morning brief and JCWA
inventory turnover goals and maximize sales current SKU & NPD.
Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities branding & dress up in store.
Stay updated on category trends and competitive market.
Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company.
Prepare data for Business Review Management
Work consists of analysing the latest sales and loyalty data, attending focus groups to gain fresh shopper insights and a variety of reporting.
Providing analysis helps aid our company to make important business decisions
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree any major, preferably Marketing/ Business Management
Minimum 8 years experiences Trade / Analyst, with 3 years in Managerial level
FMCG experiences is a must
Advance in Excel, Power BI/Tableau is a must
Good analytical skill and attention to detail
Good attitude and communication skill
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Willing to travel as coverage area Sumatera
