Provide quality supervision and support team members to deliver HR services to Allianz Malaysia companies
Manage HR expenses i.e. budgeting, payments and ensure that it is within budget
Analyze HR expenses and ensure all expenditures are within budget, compile spending reports, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making on HR expenditures
Responsible to monitor FTE headcount and staff cost to ensure that it is within budget
Manage the training budget. Administer and track HRDC and finance related processes which includes timely approval of grants and claims, timely payment to training vendors and provide monthly HRDC utilization report
Perform compensation and benefits survey, analyze market data and trends to provide recommendation for competitive compensation and benefit packages
Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmark to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Support in remuneration review exercises
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant fields
Min 3 years’ experience in HR Operations
Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner
Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel. PowerBI skill will be an added advantage
Good communication skills
Able to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
