Leading and managing all operational HR&GA duties by effectively and efficiently referring to the Labor Law, HR policies, and GSK Group
Build a strong relationship with Management Employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity
Analyzing Human Resources data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
Drive the deployment of HR Program, tools, and strategy, ensure organizations understanding and meaningful deployment
Manage training activities and other efforts to meet employee competencies
Manage the process of recruiting new employees
Manage the registration process of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and commercial insurance
Manage payroll, compensation & benefit for employees
Monitoring attendance data, overtime and employee leave
Manage all matters related to general affairs in the company
Ensuring the achievement of KPIs and able to perform analytical HR/Metrics as a continuous improvement and performance level
Responsible in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicators
Perform other HR duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive (at least 5 Years of experience)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent
Able to Speak English fluently
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Have an understanding of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
