Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You may also be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientations.
Creating a summary of leave and sick days for company
Monitoring operational activities and personnel activities
Preparing correspondence such as contracts and letters
Assisting with employee data archiving
Performing general administrative tasks, filing paperwork, and responding to emails.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment
Familiarity with various Job Portals, Virtual Job fairs, and Campus Hiring
Proficient in personnel administration
