Define strategies and plans that deliver category/subcategory growth
Identify priority channels for the category/subcategory and work with Channel Manager to recommend tailored Category Channel plans
Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the category/subcategory in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness
Contribute to the business plan process & recommend actionable in-store solutions
Recommend clear promotional guidelines and ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
Recommend winning commercial propositions for the category/subcategory, effectively communicating these to customer and field sales managers as appropriate
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ commercial experiences in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG industry
Understands key business functions, customers and the selling process
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
