DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for full spectrum of payroll & staffs claim management. Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submission. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures. Conduct orientation program to new employees. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations. In charge of dispute settlements according to labour law and compliance guidelines when necessary. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 1 to 2 years HR payroll processing experiences is required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Must possess good knowledge of HR field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
