DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing, configuring and Maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Perform end-user support for deployed hardware and software systems and offer support as needed and Logging and keeping records the activities into Servicedesk ticketing system Prioritizing , managing and many open cases at one time Ability to do troubleshooting desktop system, network and phone problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Effectively communicate the status of incidents and service requests to the users
REQUIREMENT

7 years experience minimum as Technical Support Manager Has Experience in end user support Has Experience in using ticketing system Knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, LAN and WAN
