DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to motivate, coach and inspire team members to maintain and improve the system operations. To supervise and lead team members to achieve KPI in productivity. To provide support on network administration, hardware or software installation, maintenance and implementation of PCs, servers, SAN / NAS storage, LAN / WAN / VPN network infrastructure and upkeep of Data Centres. Responsible on providing resolution of network outages, incident management, customer consulting, vendor management, operational delivery, solution design, data centre and network capacity planning. To ensure all security audit and PCI DSS is fulfilled and implement. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess with minimum of eight (8) years of working experience in IT infrastructure design and architecture across multiple distributed computing technologies including server, network and storage technologies. Proficient and experienced in the implementation and management of the following technical disciplines: - (a) Cisco experience (working with Firewalls, configuring VPNs, Layer-3 devices). (b) Sonicwall experience. (c) Juniper firewall experience. (d) Network security and troubleshooting. (e) Linux OS / Open source OS (Centos and Ubuntu). (f) Networking experience to include LANs, WANs and VPNs. (g) Cloud-based systems (AWS and AliCloud). (h) PCI DSS knowledge and security audit. Good in managing crisis situations and working under pressure to resolve problems. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good leadership skills, facilitating team interaction, approachable and friendly personality. Candidate must be willing to work outside of core hours when the need arises and 24 hours on call basis to work. Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Education Requirements: Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any other equivalent qualification.
