DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise daily activities of distributor’s sales and distribution performance Monitoring and controlling brand distribution includes availability & visibility Achieve sales target and any others target set by management Managing, controlling and coaching distributor’s salesman Build and maintain strong relationship with accounts
REQUIREMENT

Posses at least Associate Degree (D3) in any major Having at least 1 year of working experience on the same position Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator/Team Leader/Head of Area in FMCG Industry Having driver license (mandatory: SIM C) Required skills: Communication, Leadership, Selling, Negotiation, Motivating, Coaching & Problem Solving Required knowledge: Trading Term, Distribution & Coverage Management
