DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Partner with management, business unit, and people manager to have deep business understanding along with implement HR Initiative
Have strong understanding and proven experience to implement HR initiative such as Organization & People Development, Performance Management, Employee Relation
Collaborate with people managers and management to resolve complex employee issues
Analyze employee trends and metrics within organization and propose relevant solutions and improvements
Maintain and keep updating every organization structure changes along with employee movement and employee data
Identify development needs for teams and individuals together with our Learning and Culture team
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience as HRBP for 2 - 3 years
Bachelor's degree from Technic major
Strong business acumen and communication skills
A team player with strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset
