Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Hospitality/ Hotel Management major Proficient in using English (written and spoken) and computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) Having knowledge in training & development field such as Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training administration will be an advantage Having Driving Licenses (SIM-A and SIM-C) will be an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service knowledge and attitude Creative, active, communicative, and a self-driven person Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan-Kepulauan Riau
