Establishes marketing strategy to ensure achievement of company sales, profitability and market share objectives.
Develops, executes and controls Modern Channel Marketing Plans and Programs as well as e-commerce, both short and long term, to meet company objectives in a cost-efficient manner which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Studies the market and identifies new opportunities for both product and distribution
Plans and implements all new product launches.
Keep abreast of market developments and competitive activities in order to maximize business opportunities.
Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the Strategic Business Unit which will result in sustainable profitability and long-term market share growth.
Leads the Modern Channel and e-commerce sales team, and work closely with Sales and Field Marketing Teams to ensure proper implementation of Marketing Plan and achievement of company sales targets.
Manage the Marketing Budget. Deliver marketing activities within agreed budgets. Provide direction and drive marketing programs and activities to the team.
Manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for both Modern Channel and Traditional channel.
Drive solution across development teams (primarily Development/ Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing, implement and execute Go-to-Market strategies and plan, engaging respective departments
Supports management with research and analysis of competitor, market and industry trends and activities
REQUIREMENT
Graduate from any engineering, marketing or business management field
At least 6 years experience in a Sales and Marketing capacity, of which 2 years must be at a Modern Channel sales or marketing management capacity with a large/ reputable organization
Experience with Hardware/Consumer or Industrial Durables, or Construction industry serving both modern channels preferred
Demonstrates marketing skills and product knowledge of assigned product areas
Advanced MS Office Skills to independently manage information and develop presentations
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with good experience in managing both direct
and matrix teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
