REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Minimum Bachelor degree in IT major or related field Have IT background Minimum 5 years experience as PM in IT industry Project Management Certification is preferred ( PSM I / PSM II / Prince 2 / Prince 2 Practitioner / PMP etc) Make a Project Plan & leading project planning session Coordinating staff & internal resources Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Fluent in English (written and verbal) Managing project progress and adapt work as required Managing relationship with clients and stakeholders Designing, review and signing off on contracts Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Designing risk mitigation plan & problem handling Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive board Familiar with the use of project management tools in every project Understand and have IT network or network security skills or having experience managing cyber security projects Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects Managing large and diverse team Negotiations skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship Commercial and business awareness Ability to stick to time constraints
