DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Handle all operational branch activities
2. Handle customer need by phone or email
3. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
4. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
5. Coordination with the Logistics & Spareparts Department for ensure timely deliveries
6. Coordination with the other Department
7. Maintain and update sales and customer records
8. Develop monthly sales reports
9. Communicate important feedback from customers internally
10. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
11. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
12. Corporate with Head Office to confirm data & information
13. Prepare database of products
14. Update Information from Head office
15. Prepare Quotation & collect PO from Customer
16. Making data base of transaction, for amount & product model & specification.
17. Prepare data to support transactions with any vendor or distributors
REQUIREMENT
1. 27 - 35 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from all majors
3. Have experience as Admin Branch for min. 2 years (preferably in heavy equipment)
4. Able to communicate in English required
5. Able to operate Ms office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Powerpoint) required
6. Have high motivation and multitasking skill
7. Willing to work under pressure
