DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process of quotation entry, sales order, service call, etc in the SAP system Manage the customer database including its legality documents Update the log book parts direct sales transaction Complete documents and other evidence needed for the internal closing process Coordinate with the mechanics to prepare traveling advance Communication with customers if there are found obstacles in the process of cooperation Compile and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to superiors related to the entire service admin work process
