DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Able to identify research needs, carry out studies and research projects, and analyze research to identify opportunities according to the target market in that region Stay abreast of market trends and competitive activities Set and maintain a brand budget Define and manage brand communication strategy using various media in that area Monitoring development and brand narrative messaging, run and manage marketing programs and campaigns both online and offline to build and maintain a brand presence in the market Product strategy monitoring and roadmap Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be reported for development and modification Develop, maintain, and monitoring sales tools and collateral
REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years experience in Marketing regardless of which industry you are from. Having experience in education and digital marketing is an added bonus, Preferably have experience in agency or EO Strong understanding in marketing fundamentals and know how to optimize each marketing channel Strong com & interpersonal skill, analytical thinking and logical approach to problem solving Strong time and project management and ability to work under pressure & independently Attention to detail High level of English fluency in both written and verbal Mastering Microsoft Office especially; Power Point Presentation, Microsoft Excel Organized and efficient in terms of sourcing, planning and actively seeking to make things happen Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Good leadership skills. Preferably experienced in managing team Easy and fun Proactive, self-starter
