DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to reach company target(s) by setting, assigning, and monitoring of team member(s); Assisting the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying the appropriate customer base, and development and execution of sales plan(s); Closing of project sales in order to reach personal target(s) as set by Sales Manager
REQUIREMENT

Max. 35 years old; Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Management & Civil Engineering; Minimum 2 years experiences as Project/Residential Sales, preferably within the Building Material or Furniture industries; Capability to coordinate and monitor multiple sales projects simultaneously; Outstanding communication, presentation, and selling skills; Willingness to travel extensively through the region;
