DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare individual or team sales planning and presentation for prospective clients Doing survey and market research and analyze the changing needs of the customer Handle sales order processing, maintain relationship with existing and or prospective customers to achieved sales target Doing visit to prospective customers or existing customer (conditional) Develop plan and strategies by coordination with the team to achieve the sales target To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients Maintain and updating customer database Monitoring competitor activity in term of sales and marketing
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bacelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Economic, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. At least minimum 1 year(s) of workin' experience in the releted field is required for this position (Printing or Packaging Industrial) Excellent communication or presentation skills and ability to build relationships Has a knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles Willing to learn CRM, ERP Software for operational sales Target Oriented (based on 100% achievement) Placement : Jawa Timur
