DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish clear sales objectives for each team member. Create a distinct sales process and strategies for sales managers to follow. Educate sales team on new or upcoming product or services. Continually monitor and track regional sales performance. Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Min. 5 years working experience in Enterprise / Corporate / B2B sales. Has experience working in logistic Proven great leadership skill. Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong business sense and industry expertise Experience in customer relationship management. Successful experience building a territory from scratch
