Tax
Prepared monthly quarterly and annual documentation of tax payments.
• Prepared detailed reports of tax payments made
• Prepared detailed reports of expenditures and assets for tax purposes.
• Ensured the timely preparation of required tax documents.
• Prepared and analyzed monthly tax documentation.
Finance / Accounting
• Prepare and review accounts payable vouchers for maintenance/repair costs.
• Complete general ledger entries
• Review account records such as credit memos, non-recurring tenant billings and cash receipts to ensure accurate accounts.
• Review accounts receivable for respective properties.
• Oversee the remittance and reconciliation of all legislated taxes.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business.
• Min 2 years of experience as an tax accountant in real estate or commercial property management
• Proficient in MS Office and standard tax preparation software
• Domisile in Surabaya area
