DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide remote technical support to our customer base Investigate, diagnose and resolve other software and hardware faults Follow the management of the case through to a resolution. This includes problem analysis, potential problem analysis, identification, classification, resolution, and escalation where necessary Determine the most effective manner to solve or escalate cases within prescribed Service Level Agreements and Megabus help desk procedures and policies
REQUIREMENT

Minimum working experience 5 years Excellent English reading, writing & speaking skills is a must Indonesian Residency Ability to work from home A proven understanding of IT Systems, for example, Windows OS, Networking, Anti-Virus, Microsoft Office, Printers. A demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and desktop applications Experience supporting MSP services is highly regarded Experience supporting SQL database technologies is highly regarded Information Technology Knowledge (e.g. Windows, Networking, SQL) Hardware and Software troubleshooting methods Telephone manner and customer service skills Helpdesk environment knowledge (e.g. ticketing systems) Customer relationship management
