DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To assist lead sales in operational needs Good in managing, supervising, training and developing all teams to work effectively and efficiently to meet targets Helping to solve problems in the field / sales Have good organizing & analytical skills Daily, monthly, yearly administrative reports Have a good understanding of retail and market characteristics Track and report on team performance on a regular basis
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field At least 2 years of working experience in Sales especially retail, preferably from FMCG industry or experienced in e-commerce start up Have good logical thinking in terms of business sense, fast in understanding / dealing with complex business situations in the field Good attitude, agile, positive mindset, looking for solutions and trustworthy Have the leadership attitude to handle the team and encourage the team to achieve the target. Develop in a team environment
