DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related to the workplace.
Executes process and product control on all machines where Technician I is working. Special focus on Q points (follow up of the current ones and proposing of the new ones).
Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities. Proposes improvement actions based on standard analysis and sensing (hearing/looking/feeling/smelling) of his/her area of the line.
Ensures the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.
Operates complex packaging machines. Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum secondary education level, preferably bachelor in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
Minimum working experience: 1 year, preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience (Packaging/Maintenance, TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.)
English Proficiency: Active
Willing to work in shift
