DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets through projects HORECA or Private Event ( Birthday – Wedding).
2. Responsible for all business process / include sales administration activity in accordance with plan and ensure all selling process completed ( from prospecting potential customer, follow up customer order, prepare work order, delivery order & payment ).
3. Collect & gather essential information from customer in order to identify customer’s need, backgrounds detail & give solution according to our availability supply & business process ( SOP ).
4. Explain product knowledge & business process for Custom Shape Tableware / Custom Color & Custom Print in detail & accurate. Acts in compliance with all regulations & detail for Custom Made Items in order to make customer understand & clear before placing order.
5. Act as first level contact with customer for answer question, manage, accommodate, & interpreting accurately customer inquiries. Prioritized & response quickly to their emails, calls, visit, &online chat inquiries.
6. Handling all walk in customer.
7. Describe all inquiries in detail with complete information or interpretation, ( put it in to writing ) in to document & discuss with Manager to proceed it in to accurate quotation / proposal.
8. Make Proposal / Quotation & follow up all the quotation become Sales Order / Confirmation Order.
9. Make sure Sales Order / Confirmation Order are made accurately as well as company’s standard operation procedure & according to the agreement between company & customer.
10. Conduct all sales activities & create good relationship by visiting customers ( do presentation ), communicate / correspondence via email, business letter, or Whatsapp chat.
11. Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing, & good customer interactions.
12. Plan / set & execute the strategy to achieve number of monthly target.
13. Build & update customer database.
14. Prepare all marketing documents per customer, including filing in order to keep all documents and communication organized & all chat history ( include Whatsapp chat, email, meeting notes, etc ), both hard copy & soft copy. All document must be easly tracking, systematic filing, & well organized.
15. Handling administrative customer’s order such as quotation, company introduction letter, sales order, confirmation order, customer work order, follow up customer indoor, making delivery order, etc.
16. Negotiate & represent company in all business process.
17. Prepare correct sample & presentation tools according to the customer need & situation.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor / Diploma degree in all major Engineering with minimum GPA 3.40. Have own vehicle.
2. Maximum 31 years old & candidate must be experienced at least 2 years in the same Job Description.
3. Able to work under pressure, strong determination, and willing to work long hour.
4. Good analytical, details, multitasking & organized, and good in memorizing.
5. Enjoy meet people ( 40% ), yet enjoy administration process ( 40 %), & analytical and problem solving ( 20%).
6. Good in prioritizing & time management skill.
7. Good administrative & tracking skills to keep all documents and communication organized are major plus points.
8. Have a good computer skills, proficient on Microsoft Offices, & able to use a simple program for brochures (Canva / others) is a plus point.
9. Well organized & multi tasking.
10. Detail & task oriented.
11. Able to work efficiently under tight deadline.
12. Strong in building & maintain relationship with the online or offline customers.
13. Able to collect essential information from customer & gather complaint or problem in order to identify solution.
14. Good attitude & excellent customer satisfaction ; able follow up from early prospect of potential customer until business processes is done ( delivered, paid, no complain / complain is settled ).
15. Able to describe situation & define problem accurately & comprehensive.
