DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Achieve sales targets set by management. • Lead and develop a team of Salesmen to achieve Sales Target. • Evaluate Salesmen performances according to Sales Target. • Ensure the addition of shops and expansion of market in line with Sales Strategy
REQUIREMENT

• Minimum education D3 / equivalent in all majors. • Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Supervisor position. • Target oriented. Proven Track Record to be able to deliver sales growth • Good negotiation skill & ability to lead a team of people under him/her • Familiar with the geographic coverage of shops/customers in his/her area • Have a driving license. • Must be willing to travel outstation.
