REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent (MBA qualification is a plus). At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with relevant sales professional experience (>= 5 year) in the Power Generation industries, Knowledgeable of power business and engineering technology trends. . Required Skill(s): Account Management, Risk Management, Team Leadership, Proposal Management Experience in prospecting, developing opportunities and closing business deals within regional APAC customers, particularly in gas turbine services and steam turbine services (Familiarity with pump services is plus) Excellent in English verbal and writing and exhibit effective communication skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Executive Presence, and comfortable at C-level. Ability to analyze opportunity risks, competitive analysis, and negotiate terms and conditions of contract. Ability to collaborate effectively with multi department: operation, finance, proposal team, risk management, and engineering in delivering proposal.
