DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Proficient in System Application Software with the ability to provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiencies of the applications to support current and meet new business requirements.
Attend to user requests, problems, and inquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify the user’s needs, system/process that need improvement, and provide the best practice solution.
Study / Analyze / Prepare requirements and technical specifications based on users’ requests to develop customized reports and new/enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
Supervise and work with vendors to ensure projects/tasks are implemented as per specification and on time.
Generate/maintain appropriate technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is done thoroughly with proper Test Plan documentation.
Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team Member.
Assist in Supply Chain initiatives as and when required to ensure the Companies objectives are met
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Willing to work in KL city centre. 2 years of experiences in Python programming language
