DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct the full process of selection and recruitment : job posting, selection, testing and interview Plan and executing training program including of training needs and training evaluation Responsible for support employment administration activites Responsible to maintain and monthly updating employee database Create monthly report of all HR activities including recruitment, training, compensation and benefit, payroll, and employee relation
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor degree of Psychology or Human Resource Management Maximum 30 years old 1 years of experience in HR Able to speak English or Mandarin (recommended) Capable of operating computer (Ms Office) Good communication and analytical skill
