Have experience in handling Ethical and Hospital product
Should have excellent Product knowledge
Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
Reaching the targets and goals set for area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base& servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through expansion to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff as per requirement
Allocating areas to sales representatives/Product Specialist as per requirement
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to senior managers
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
REQUIREMENT
Age Between 28 – 35 Years
Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA Minimum 2.75
Having Minium 3 Years experience in the same position preferably from pharmaceutical company
Speak and Write English Fluently
Able To Work Under pressure
Have Leadership Quality
Confident, Strict and creative
Can operate Microsoft Office
Knowing English will be an added advantage.
Ready to be placed throughout Indonesia
