DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work collaboratively with All Division to develop policies,company rules, procedure/regulations, and other strategies. Assist Director/CEO/Owner in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment, retention, etc. Responsible for recruitment process by using variation recruitment channels, validating profile, conducting interviews. Maintain and oversees of all HR functions : Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Performance Management and day today activity of HR operational, including BPJS registration, leave balance record, maintain update personal files, employees database, attendance records, Overtime calculation,Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, SOP, Health & Safety
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, law, Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Human Resource, Industrial Relation, Negotiation, Management, Communication and Interpersonal skills. Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes. Having deep knowledge in sourching strategy for any position Good Communication skill, Interview and psychological test. Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labours Laws. Experience in recruitment for new company. Can join immadiately.
