Guides day-to-day development of advertising activities with approved plans. Ensures that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules, reporting any changes to the Account Supervisor.
Send emails to clients and media agencies with the proposals before or after these meetings.
To manage the existing client portfolio of the company by sustaining clients, achieving desired advertising objectives and getting maximum mileage in relevant media.
To stay updated with the ongoing activities in specific verticals/ general affairs.
To help the teammates by providing right guidance and information on clients and industries.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Create/ leverage relationships & revenue driven business development/ sales efforts with Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Information/ Innovation Officers, Business Unit Heads and client’s teams underneath. Decision Makers across industries who own and drive budgets for digital transformation, digital practice, application portal development, Digital Strategy & Consulting, Digital Auditing & Benchmarking.
Create Business Revenue & Profits/ margins to meet or exceed targets across products and services.
Engage in Customer Retention & Customer Delight initiatives.
Constantly Plan--> Action--> Review--> Analyse--> Benchmark--> Audit--> Improvise-> Outperform to create new success.
Creating briefs according to clients needs.
Work closely with the operational, media and accounts team in the internal agency.
The candidate should manage planning and development of existing accounts and nurturing new accounts, closing of sales opportunities through accurate forecasting and account strategy.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Demonstrates ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Attends meetings with clients and account executive and prepares reports of the proceedings.
Coordinates (with media, creative and account group) the recommendation for the advertising media programs to be used.
REQUIREMENT
Requires business level English and Japanese level 1 JLPT (verbal and written).
Those who understand the business flow and business customs of the advertising business.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
Preferably specialized in advertising media planning or equivalent in advertising company
Have a fair idea of the advertising ecosystem and various digital advertising platforms
Tech savvy
Regularly learn & grow yourself to become the best in your role
Confidence in approaching new clients, existing clients and building rapport
Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
Honest, self motivated, high integrity, and discipline

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite tools
