DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Solicit and develop new potential customers. Introduce and promote the bank's products to new and existing customers. Work together with Branch Offices, Divisions, and other Work units in order to achieve business growth targets that have been set. Identify and verify customers in accordance to the Bank's KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Create report periodically of the team's progress and achievement. Coordinate and control the Funding Wholesale Unit's activities with the Branch Offices. To carry out duties and make decisions prudently taking into consideration risk management aspects, also to always maintain the Good Corporate Governance and involved in the Bank's preparation to face the Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API) program.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent. Experienced at least 3 year(s) in the same position from Banking Industry. Have knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking Regulations. Good communication and persuasion skill. Have wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customers. Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets. Strong integrity and punctual person Able to work together in team or individually.
