Analyze and interpret behaviors and patterns that make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company;
Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers;
Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action;
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels;
Create emails, forms, and reports within the automation tool to support lead nurturing programs, including templates for use by others within the marketing function;
Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions;
Keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing;
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams;
Document MAP lead nurturing processes, programs, procedures, and integration with other systems.;
Perform A/B tests to increase effectiveness, improve performance, and gain insights for further tests.
REQUIREMENT
Previous experience working as a Lead Nurturing Specialist;
Strong background in customer journey mapping, lead management, and demand generation;
Proven hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms for SaaS or e-commerce business;
Strong analytical skills with a creative attitude;

Excellent communicator and creative thinker;
Deep understanding of industry trends and customer behavior;
Strong project management capabilities;
Extremely organized and highly motivated;
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment;
Fluent in English.
