DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To meet agreed sales targets by managing/motivating a team of PFCs and developing and managing relationships with PermataBank Area, Senior Managers, Branch Managers and regional Insurance Specialists.
REQUIREMENT

• University graduate in any discipline with Bachelor Degree • A minimum of 4 years experience in selling to individual customers. • Has led a team of at least three staff in a sales management role. • Being ‘sales orientated’, self motivated and keen to succeed. • Having excellent and proven communication skills. • Must not have been a self-employed Insurance Agent or Agency Manager within the past two years.
