DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide ongoing support and continuous improvement organization infrastructure. Ensuring the resolution of all second and third level incidents escalated by the IT Support Desk is always delivered in courteous and efficient manner. The role will involve the installation, operation and maintenance of all internal company systems. This role will operate and maintain secure, high performance and robust environments as well as managing the provision of 24x7 support for production systems.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field Good English Proficiency (verbal and written) Experience in operational, maintenance and development of company network, including server hardware, operating systems and network administration tools Extensive knowledge of Microsoft servers and desktop environments, including Windows Active Directory, IIS, and Exchange Strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills
