Managing the Area / Branch to improve the effectiveness of sales and promotions which can provide the maximum benefit for the company.
Had the responsibility for the sales and products for Motorcycles and Cars, which is divided into 4 categories namely Lubricants Motor, Car Lubricants, and Specialty Product (non-lubricant i.e. grease, oil industries,etc)
Managing and working together with the distributors to increase sales and improve equitable distribution of Top Products in the workshops and outlets that are listed as Top Customer. Open a new area to increase the number of customers.
To create market demand, by developing promotional strategies in line with company strategy, is, execute programs and manage the customer
Provide attractive promotional programs to retailers to increase the sales, by focusing on the proportional’s in selling and selling out of products. Program Trade Promotion, Event, and Gathering with the goal for improving customer.
Managing the promotional budget branches, in order to generate optimal sales by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget, by managing the ratio of promotional budget.
Managing the portfolio managing branch (P &L), includes direct and indirect expenses.
Managing the team that consists of Supervisor, Salesman, Data Administration and Finance, Warehouse and delivery team.
Providing the sales reports, market demand and activity promotion to the General Manager
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 4 years experience as a Supervisor in Sales & Marketing, with preference from Lubricant Sector and experience in handling B2B and B2C Customer.
Coverage area all Sulawesi
Graduated in any discipline (S1), technical background will be an advantage
Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate
Able to make a presentation and target oriented
Able to work in team, have a good leadership and relationship with our distributor point
Willing to travelling all over Indonesia
Maximum age of 38 years old
Having car driver license (SIM A)
