DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Take ownership of store sales goals to help meet sales goals. Manage day-to-day operations of physical store location. Manage and supervise Retail Assistant and store operation assistant (security, cleaning service, etc.) to ensure adherence to company policies. Liaise with data analyst to manage necessary items, including restocking products. Collaborate with management to create and implement sales projects. Ensure physical location is properly maintained.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor Degree graduates. Min. 2 years as a Store Leader / Supervisor in retail fashion. High levels of energy and enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal skill with adventurous personality and customer service attitude. The ability to work as a part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate and committed. Available to work in shift hour and flexible for weekend and/or holiday time. Work placement in Malang, Blitar, Madiun, Gresik, Pacitan, Ngawi, Surabaya etc.
