DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Process incoming and outgoing customer’s order(s)
- Follow up on customer’s request(s)/scheduled order(s)/Inquiry
- Liaise with warehouse on picking and packing issues
- Generate picking list(s) and delivery order(s) for warehouse and transport departments
- Responsive to customer’s complaints
- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
REQUIREMENT
- 1 year of experience in handling client facing jobs. Able to handle complaints - 1 year of experience in admin. Logistics industry will be advantageous - O level or Nitec
