DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure (Infra) operation, ensure expected availability and quality, and provide full support to business side & other Information System team. Assess company or organization’s network and computer system needs, plan upgrades and repairs as needed. Oversee networks and related hardware and infrastructure, as well as digital security, perform required maintenance & troubleshooting. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures and disaster recovery operations. Manage projects and propose improvement action related with IT Infrastructure as the result of own comprehensive assessment and analysis. Manage & oversee his/her subordinates including guide, direct & coach through various tasks and duties related with IS/IT. Provide regular reports to his/her superior & open communication with all team members.
REQUIREMENT

To be successful in this role, a strong understanding of computer network infrastructure and the ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network devices are needed, as well as performing the ability to manage project and lead the team. Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. Ability to create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and multiple resources. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication / Electrical/ Electronic), or equivalent. Able to communicate well both in English and Indonesian At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
