Market research to see our product's positioning.
Market penetration to potential customers / channels and distributor.
Review the allocation of weekly and monthly order quantities (based on warehouse stock, sales plans, & buffer stock requirements).
Send sales estimates for compilation.
Implement an optimal distribution strategy in the field of responsibility in accordance with the established plan.
Coordinate with Distributors in sales activities and collect regional sales targets (sales of 3 provinces).
Finding or negotiating with customers / distributors related to the promotion program.
Give advice / information / approve the promotion proposal.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure that promotional activities run well and according to procedures.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience from FMCG company is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Willing to do business trip in across area coverage.
4 available positions will be placed in: Medan / Pekanbaru / Purwokerto / Bali.
