To perform mould and equipment setup for production.
To conduct troubleshooting on production process and equipment malfunction.
To perform equipment maintenance and repair.
To keep good housekeeping and follow all procedures and regulations.
To follow safety procedures and regulations.
Follow and document process parameters to ensure repeatable result
Process molding parameters to achieve quaity parts and optimized cycle times
Use troubleshooting skills to improve and develop repeatable molding process
Respond to machine alarm in a timely manner
Responsible for clear and consistent communication between shifts
Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives
Establish and upkeep store control for Chemical & Waste Disposal and Chemical Leakage Prevention
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Have understanding and skills in the parameters of the injection plastic machine and product defects.
Have an understanding and knowledge of problems in the production of plastic injection and trouble shooting.
Person with strong analytical capability and good problem solving skills
Being self-motivate, ability to work independently and ability to lead the team
