DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop patterns for a high end fashion retailer.
Make grading patterns in the agency and transfer patterns to factories for samples making and bulk production.
Make new pattern developments for protos.
Make pattern amendments if any required for salesman samples, fit samples and pp samples, based on the comments from the buyer.
Check fabric consumption using cad markers
Should be responsible to maintain and control the pattern library system with clear records.
Responsible for pattern files transfer to sampling and production
Communicate to buyer head-quarters and to factories on pattern related queries
Participate in fit sessions, when required.
Set up pattern quality control system in the manufacturing units.
Generate pattern development schedules and task reports to the QA Manager on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENT
Having work experience in pattern making and marker making using software like LECTRA is a must
Having 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Detail oriented and having a good sense for good fitting.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
A team player and able to handle pressure.
Good command of English
Computer literate (microsoft office, internet)
