DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. (“Sampoerna”) is seeking talented people to join as Retail Engagement Executive to be placed in all around Indonesia. YOU will be responsible to Plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of sales program and trade marketing activities (trade program, PPOSM) within given cycle to maximize sales volume and market share growth in accordance with Area strategies, Sampoerna policy and procedures, Indonesian laws/regulations and society expectation.
REQUIREMENT

Hold S1 degree with minimum GPA 2.75 from any educational background Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Solid interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills Team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision Computer literacy Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia Having driving license Type C (SIM C)
