DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct training plans and training programs for all salesforce in the respective region (TT, MT, Gallery, Business Partner, and Corporate) Analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses in the area Manage and evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Sales Exposure or Organizational Exposure is an advantage. Preferably have a Trainer certification. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent. Have a strong analytical, presentation, reporting, and negotiation skills. Discipline, hard-worker, with a high integrity indiviual
