Responsible for managing and executing the design, development and deployment of technical onboarding process in Marketing Department specifically, through innovation and system enhancement of all new employees. You will create innovative onboarding solution for multiple level and changing business needs
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, from hospitality F&B background preferably Has knowledge in Marketing & Public Relations Computer literate, knowledgeable in advanced features / functionalities in excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English, both oral & written Creative and Innovative, energetic, fast learner, good looking & personality and also food public speaking skill Has passion to teach and share knowledge Hungry for success and self-driven Strong desire to grow and strive for longer career path in the company Obsessed with selling and uncovering customers’ needs Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Result driven and ability to handle stress Relevant experience and understanding why abroad study will be a plus
