DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve target sales. Upload journey plan to system for brand ambassador assignment. Ensure all brand ambassadors are complete as schedule. Create call plan for team. Monitoring and control stock and daily sales. Compile monthly attendance. Train and coach brand ambassador.
REQUIREMENT

23 – 40 years old Min. D3 Have at least 2+ years experience in SPG / Brand Ambassador Operational is plus Have a motorcycle and valid driving license Willing to work in mobile activity Strong customer service skills required Strong in persuasive and interpersonal communication skills Have an experience in leading team Strong administration & coordination of work allocation for the team.
