DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Controlling and update manpower planning (MPP) on field Conduct technical & HR related recruitment process and training for local employees Coordinate with all HR Regional & Head Office Support HR & GA matters on field Handle all HR related matters in Industrial Relation
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology At least 2 years of working experiences as HR Representative in big company Experience to conduct psychology tools and interview Good communications skills in English is a must Responsive, high motivation in retail environment and good leadership Willing to mobile around the stores and able to work well under pressure situation Willing to be placed in Regional Office Bali Willing to join ASAP
